Wellmark Benefits Plan
The Watertown School District offers two deductible option plans for its employees. Eligibility for the plan begins with employment at 6.0 hours daily, 10 months of the year. Transportation drivers eligible 4.0 hours daily, 10 months of year.
Health benefits are available to employees with the start of employment, a qualifying event or during the open enrollment period. Open enrollment occurs each year from November 1 through November 15 with changes effective with the new plan year beginning on January 1.
Plan A - $1000 Deductible
Plan B - $2000 Deductible
