PTO PIE in the FACE Fundraiser
The PTO recently held a fundraiser at Mellette Elementary by having students bring coins and deposit them in a container of their choosing. You see there were six candidates: Mr. Heiser, Mr. Decker, Mr. Dahl. Mrs. Koll, Mrs. Martenson, and Mrs. Kantrud. The top two money earners would be the recipients of five pies in their face. One student was chosen by each teacher to throw the pie. Many were on target, but some veered left or right. There were a couple of unexpected pies that hit Mr. Decker. In all, it was a fun event and raised $796.89.

The Watertown School District will have no school on Thursday, March 11. Due to the fact that we already had a planned 12:30 dismissal, a late start wasn't an option for today. All activities for Thursday, will either be postponed or canceled.
