Based from the Watertown School District's mission statement "Enabling students to succeed in an ever-changing world", our mission and vision for our school is:
To hold all students accountable to high behavioral and academic standards for all learners to feel safety, self-efficacy, and inspiration for life.
To create a positive, nurturing, welcoming community of learners who feel valued. In order for Roosevelt Elementary school to develop and sustain positive student, family, and community relationships.
