Parents:
The Watertown School District is going to utilize the Infinite Campus online portal for ALL registration information next year (2024-2025), so we are requesting our parents to sign up and use Infinite Campus this school year. Each person still requiring to create an account were provided information @ Conferences last week.
Please know the 3rd quarter report cards this school year (2023-2024) will be online only (in the Infinite Campus Portal). For the next school year and moving forward, ALL report cards will be online in the Infinite Campus portal that you are setting up at this time.
Another very important item to know for the next school year (2024-2025) - ALL registration paperwork will be only on the Infinite Campus portal. The family information verification at the beginning of the year (2024-2025), as well as the free & reduced meal application, will be completed using Infinite Campus portal.
Moving forward, all families will need an Infinite Campus portal account. Of course, the Infinite Campus portal is great for tracking attendance and grades too!
To create an Infinite Campus portal account, follow the information provided in the ‘INSTRUCTIONS TO CREATE AN INFINITE CAMPUS PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT’. Use the Activation Key Information. This information is a very long number with letters & dashes provided in the instructions handout (see attached) to create an account. Then, create a username and password. You can access Infinite Campus on a computer, tablet, or your phone. There is also an app “Campus for Parents”.
