A new state-wide scholarship bulletin board link has been added below.

Please use it to find additional scholarships available to all South Dakota students.

When accessing the scholarship calendar, please remember that scholarships are listed by due date.

If a scholarship has a link provided, please click on that link and follow the instructions on the webpage on how to apply.

If a scholarship has a pdf attached, please download the pdf to your computer and save it. You will then be able to open that application and fill it out using your computer.

Follow instructions on the application for submitting your completed application and all supporting materials that are required.

If your scholarship needs to be mailed, it is your responsibility to make sure it is postmarked by the due date.

If the scholarship you are applying for requires a copy of your transcript, please log into your Infinite Campus account. You will find a copy of your transcript there.

If the scholarship you are applying for requires a certified transcript, you will need to see Mrs. Ulrich in the principal's office. She will have you sign for your transcript. Please allow a few days for your transcript to be printed.

WHS Scholarship Calendar

Community scholarships and some state and national scholarships are listed by due date on the scholarship calendar.

• Most community scholarships must be submitted by 4:00pm on the due date. Late applications will not be accepted.

• Please pay attention to the directions on the scholarships. Some must be emailed by a certain date or time, some must be postmarked by a certain date or time and some may have you fill them out online. It is your responsibility to keep track of due dates and times. Please follow the instructions on each one.

• Most of the community scholarships which are through the Arrow Education Foundation or the Watertown Community Foundation will not be added to the calendar until December or January. It really depends on when and if the donor decides to go forward with it each year.

• Please make sure to attach all documents requested on the scholarship application form that is requested.
