New this year: All families, even those recently registered, need to complete the online registration verification through the Campus Portal. This is also where you can fill out the free and reduced meal application. After you log into the Parent Portal, click on "more" on the bottom left, then click "Online Registration." Next, click on the red words next to your child's name. When you are finished with the verification process, the word next to your student's name will be green and say "complete." The meal application is also under "more" then "Meal Benefits." If you have any questions, please call or stop by the office.

📸 Last Day of School at Lincoln! 🎉 Today was filled with tradition, sunshine, and heartfelt goodbyes. We kicked things off with our annual tug of war—each 1st grade class faced off, and so did our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade teams. It was all smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition! After the excitement, we gathered outside for a picnic under the sun, soaking in the beautiful weather and celebrating a year of learning and growth. The day ended with one of our most cherished traditions: the 4th grade farewell parade. Our halls were lined with cheering students and staff, clapping and waving as we said goodbye to our oldest students. There were lots of tears, plenty of smiles, and even more hugs as we sent them off to their next adventure. 💙 To all our Lincoln families—thank you for your unwavering support this year. We are so grateful for our amazing community. ☀️ Have a wonderful summer! We can't wait to see you all again in the fall! #LincolnStrong #LastDayOfSchool #ThankYouFamilies

🍌🍦 Banana Split Celebration! 🎉 Mrs. Hanson’s third grade class had a sweet reward to celebrate all of their hard work learning multiplication facts up to 12 — a Banana Split Party! Each student was served a delicious banana split with three scoops of ice cream, a banana, chocolate, caramel, and strawberry syrup, all topped off with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Their dedication and effort truly paid off, and this fun treat was a great way to celebrate their achievement! #MultiplicationMasters #SweetSuccess #ThirdGradeFun #LincolnElementary

🍫 Sweet Celebration in Mrs. Schlimgen’s Class! 🍫 Mrs. Schlimgen's 2nd graders recently wrapped up a deliciously fun reading unit featuring "Chocolate Day," "The Chocolate Touch," and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." To celebrate their chocolate-themed adventures in reading, the class enjoyed a special day full of sweet treats and smiles! Students dipped all kinds of goodies in chocolate and finished the celebration with a cozy movie viewing. It was the perfect way to bring their stories to life and reward all their hard work! Great job, readers! 📚🍬🎬 #LincolnLearners #ChocolateCelebration #ReadingIsSweet

🎓✨ Today was a special day at Lincoln Elementary! ✨🎓 We had the absolute joy of welcoming back the 2025 graduating seniors who once walked these very halls as little learners. They paraded through the school, high-fiving and greeting our students, and sharing warm hugs with staff who were lucky enough to be part of their early journey. It was a heartwarming reminder of how quickly time flies and how proud we are of each and every one of them. Once a Lincoln Arrow, always a Lincoln Arrow! 🏹💫 Congratulations, Class of 2025! We’re cheering you on as you head toward your next big adventure! 🎉🎓 #LincolnPride #Classof2025 #OnceAnArrowAlwaysAnArrow

🐄🐐🚜 Farm Fun—Rain or Shine! ☔🐴🍦 Our 1st graders were all set to visit a dairy farm, but Mother Nature had other plans! 🌧️ While the weather kept us from heading out to the farm, the Watertown Chamber came to the rescue and made sure the fun didn’t stop! 🙌 Thanks to their support, our students got a little taste of the farm at the Extension Building! 🐮🐾 They loved petting calves, feeding baby goats, riding a horse, and enjoying some delicious farm treats—all without stepping outside! 🥰 Huge thanks to everyone who helped turn a rainy day into a moo-velous memory! 💛🌾 #FarmDayFun #WatertownChamber #1stGradeAdventures #RainOrShine #ThankYouWatertown

📍🏁 3rd Grade Amazing Race Adventure! 🏁📍 Our 3rd graders took on the Amazing Race, organized by the Codington County Heritage Museum, and what an adventure it was! Armed with maps and curiosity, students journeyed through downtown Watertown, racing to different historic locations and completing fun challenges at each stop. One unforgettable moment? Singing opera-style 🎶 on the steps of the Goss Opera House to the tune of Row, Row, Row Your Boat! 😄 Each location held a special piece of Watertown’s history, making this hands-on learning experience both educational and memorable. A big thank you to the museum for such a creative and engaging day!
