Mrs. Lawrence - 2nd Grade

Happy Thanksgiving!

Last week, students and staff dove into the world of Veterans, uncovering what it truly means to be one. Check out the cool creations and activities they did last week!

Friday was a special day at Mellette Elementary, as students hosted a Veterans Day program to honor the family members of staff and students who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all veterans! During the program, students performed songs, recited poems, and read letters to convey their appreciation for the service of these brave individuals
