On Monday, January 8th, the Watertown School Board will hear a presentation on the plan for our elementary schools. This will be for discussion only with no action taken. Today Roosevelt staff and students had the privilege of attending a cultural presentation from Darell DeCoteau and the Enemy Swim Day School Dakota Culture Club. We learned about the different styles of dance and their history. We finished up with a Round Dance! Pidamaya for visiting our school!!
On Monday, Roosevelt students had the incredible opportunity to learn about career opportunities in our community. What a great day! Thank you Wurth Elektronik, TEREX, Stein Sign Display, and NTHS Health Science Class! Special thanks to our Kids Hope Mentors who were able to join in! We learned so much and had a blast!
