๐ธ Last Day of School at Lincoln! ๐
Today was filled with tradition, sunshine, and heartfelt goodbyes. We kicked things off with our annual tug of warโeach 1st grade class faced off, and so did our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade teams. It was all smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition!
After the excitement, we gathered outside for a picnic under the sun, soaking in the beautiful weather and celebrating a year of learning and growth.
The day ended with one of our most cherished traditions: the 4th grade farewell parade. Our halls were lined with cheering students and staff, clapping and waving as we said goodbye to our oldest students. There were lots of tears, plenty of smiles, and even more hugs as we sent them off to their next adventure. ๐
To all our Lincoln familiesโthank you for your unwavering support this year. We are so grateful for our amazing community.
โ๏ธ Have a wonderful summer! We can't wait to see you all again in the fall! #LincolnStrong #LastDayOfSchool #ThankYouFamilies

๐โจ Today was a special day at Lincoln Elementary! โจ๐
We had the absolute joy of welcoming back the 2025 graduating seniors who once walked these very halls as little learners. They paraded through the school, high-fiving and greeting our students, and sharing warm hugs with staff who were lucky enough to be part of their early journey. It was a heartwarming reminder of how quickly time flies and how proud we are of each and every one of them. Once a Lincoln Arrow, always a Lincoln Arrow! ๐น๐ซ

Our 1st graders were all set to visit a dairy farm, but Mother Nature had other plans! ๐ง๏ธ While the weather kept us from heading out to the farm, the Watertown Chamber came to the rescue and made sure the fun didnโt stop! ๐
Thanks to their support, our students got a little taste of the farm at the Extension Building! ๐ฎ๐พ They loved petting calves, feeding baby goats, riding a horse, and enjoying some delicious farm treatsโall without stepping outside! ๐ฅฐ

๐๐ต**LEMONADE, LEARNING, AND LOTS OF LAUGHS!**๐ต๐
Mrs. Vegaโs and Miss Schieberโs first graders turned into mini entrepreneurs this week! In Social Studies, they have been learning all about goods and services and what it means to be a producer and consumer. Soโฆ what better way to tie it all together than with a real world project: a LEMONADE STAND! The students got into groups, picked what they wanted to sell, set their prices, made some awesome posters, and opened up shop! From sweet lemonade to handmade goods, these first graders nailed it. Future business owners in the making! ๐๐๏ธ๐Not only did they have a blast, but they also practiced valuable life skills like teamwork, budgeting, marketing, and customer service.
