🎡 Music in Action at Lincoln! 🎡
Mrs. Moeller’s music classes are always full of fun and creativity! Last week:
4th graders played the xylophone
2nd graders rocked the drums
3rd graders sang while tossing bean bags
Mrs. Moeller brings energy and joy to every lesson, making music come alive for all our students!

It was Arrow Wear Day, and our hallways were filled with purple and gold spirit! Students and staff also showed their Arrow pride in the Homecoming parade with a float . To top it all off, everyone came together for a pep rally full of energy, cheers, and school spirit! πŸ“£βœ¨

The Watertown Police Department stopped by Lincoln School to spread kindness, smiles, and plenty of high fives to kick off our Friday morning. Our students, showing off their Lincoln gold and purple, were so excited to be greeted by our officers and start the day with lots of positivity!

🏈 Homecoming Spirit Week – Jersey Day! πŸ€
Lincoln was filled with team spirit as students and staff wore their favorite jerseys to celebrate Homecoming! From local teams to professional favorites, everyone showed their pride.

Our 4th graders had an amazing day at the Laura Ingalls Wilder Homestead in De Smet, South Dakota! They stepped back in time to experience pioneer life by making butter, visiting an old-fashioned schoolhouse, riding on a covered wagon, exploring Laura’s dugout home, creating corn cob dolls, and grinding wheat. It was a hands-on adventure filled with learning, laughter, and memories that brought history to life!

Our Lincoln students filled the sidewalks with colorful chalk messages of kindness and encouragement! Their positive words and drawings brought smiles to everyone passing by. A wonderful reminder that kindness is something we can all share!

Members came to our classrooms to teach students about flag etiquetteβ€”how to show respect for the flag and why it is important. Our students loved learning and asking questions, and we are so thankful to the American Legion for sharing their time and knowledge with us! β€οΈπŸ€πŸ’™
