Congratulations to our November students of the month! These students were nominated by their teachers for showing respectful, safe, and kind behaviors all month! Today they played Winter BINGO!






Congratulations to our preschool classes (AM and PM) for having the best overall grade-level attendance in October! They have earned a pizza party! Keep up the awesome attendance!

Mellette Families! Just a reminder that next Thursday is parent-teacher conferences from 1:00 - 8:00 at Mellette school. The book fair will be running at this time in the library. There will be no school on Friday, November 10th for Veterans Day.


The kindergarten class learned from Miss Candice from SD Services for the Deaf about the parts of the ear and how to be a good friend to someone with hearing loss.




Our October students of the month painted pumpkins today! Way to go showing respectful, responsible, and safe behaviors all month!









Our second graders have been learning about government and community. They had a special visitor today, Watertown's mayor, Ried Holien! Thank you Mr. Holien for visiting us today and telling us about your important job for our city.




Fall recess fun in Kindergarten!





Mellette Families! Next Thursday, Oct. 19th is our PTO Family movie night! Concessions will open at 5:30 and the movie will start at 6:00 p.m. in the Mellette gym. The movie is Monsters University. Children must be supervised by a guardian. We hope to see you there!
